Description

Objective of the competence centre is the analysis and improvement of the ICT usage in the area of electronic commerce in the context of small and medium enterprises also in tourism. In the course of field studies and investigations the ICT usage is analyzed, optimal usage scenarios are conceptualized and the improvement of the ICT usage by small and medium enterprises is facilitated. Main topics are online marketing & social media, mobile services, business intelligence and eTourism.
